Այս դերում դու կլինես ՍՄԱՐԹ ավան այցելող հյուրերի առաջին շփման կետերից մեկը և պատասխանատու կլինես նրանց բարձրակարգ, բարեհամբույր և ամբողջական սպասարկման, ինչպես նաև Այցելուների կենտրոնի ամենօրյա գործառնությունների սահուն ընթացքի ապահովման համար։

In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests visiting the SMART Campus. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming, professional, and seamless guest experience, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Visitor Center.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Հյուրերի սպասարկում և ընդունելություն

  • Ընդունել և սպասարկել ՍՄԱՐԹ ավան և Այցելուների կենտրոն այցելող հյուրերին՝ ապահովելով ջերմ, բարեհամբույր և պրոֆեսիոնալ սպասարկում,
  • Ներկայացնել ՍՄԱՐԹ ավանը, ՔՈԱՖ-ի գործունեությունը, Այցելուների կենտրոնի ծառայությունները, Կոնցեպտ հյուրանոցը և ՍՄԱՐԹ ավանի հնարավորությունները,
  • Հասկանալ այցելուների կարիքներն ու հետաքրքրությունները, տրամադրել համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ուղղորդել նրանց համապատասխան ծառայության կամ պատասխանատուի մոտ,
  • Արձագանքել այցելուների հարցերին և դժգոհություններին՝ պահպանելով հարգալից, հանգիստ և լուծումներին ուղղված մոտեցում,
  • Ապահովել այցելուների սպասարկումը ՍՄԱՐԹ ավանի տարբեր հատվածներում՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում աջակցելով նաև հյուրանոցում և այլ տարածքներում։


Սրճարանի, բարի և խանութի գործառնություններ

  • Ընդունել և սպասարկել սրճարանի և բարի հյուրերի պատվերները՝ ծանոթ լինելով գործող մենյուին և ապրանքատեսակին,
  • Պատրաստել կամ մատուցել սահմանված մենյուով նախատեսված ապրանքներն ու ըմպելիքները՝ համապատասխան ուղղորդում անցնելուց հետո,
  • Հետևել սրճարանի, բարի և սպասարկման գոտիների մաքրությանը, կարգուկանոնին և պատրաստվածությանը,
  • Ներկայացնել և վաճառել Այցելուների կենտրոնում առկա ապրանքները՝ ապահովելով վաճառքի տարածքի պատշաճ տեսքը,
  • Հետևել ապրանքների և անհրաժեշտ նյութերի մնացորդներին, մասնակցել պատվերների, ապրանքների ընդունման և գույքագրման գործընթացներին,
  • Ապահովել վաճառքների և համապատասխան հաշվառման գործընթացների պատշաճ իրականացումը։


Ամենօրյա գործառնությունների ապահովում

  • Հետևել Այցելուների կենտրոնի ամենօրյա պատրաստվածությանը, մաքրությանը, կարգուկանոնին և աշխատանքային տարածքների պատշաճ վիճակին,
  • Ժամանակին արձանագրել ապրանքների, նյութերի, սարքավորումների կամ տարածքների հետ կապված խնդիրները և տեղեկացնել համապատասխան պատասխանատուին,
  • Աջակցել անհրաժեշտ ապրանքների և նյութերի պատվերների, մատակարարումների և մնացորդների վերահսկման գործընթացներին,
  • Մասնակցել ՔՈԱՖ-ի, ՍՄԱՐԹ ավանի և Այցելուների կենտրոնի միջոցառումների նախապատրաստման, իրականացման և հետմիջոցառային աշխատանքներին։


Guest Services & Reception

  • Welcome and assist guests visiting the SMART Campus and Visitor Center, ensuring warm, friendly, and professional service.
  • Introduce guests to the SMART Campus, COAF’s work, Visitor Center services, Concept Hotel, and the opportunities and experiences available across the SMART Campus.
  • Understand visitors’ needs and interests, provide relevant information, and, when necessary, direct them to the appropriate service or responsible team member.
  • Respond to visitors’ questions, concerns, and complaints in a respectful, calm, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Provide guest support across different areas of the SMART Campus, including, when needed, the hotel and other facilities.


Café, Bar & Shop Operations

  • Take and serve café and bar orders while maintaining a good understanding of the current menu and product offerings.
  • Prepare or serve menu items and beverages after receiving the necessary training and guidance.
  • Ensure that the café, bar, and guest service areas remain clean, organized, and ready for service.
  • Present and sell products available at the Visitor Center, maintaining an attractive and well-organized retail area.
  • Monitor stock levels of products and necessary supplies, and participate in ordering, receiving, and inventory processes.
  • Ensure that sales transactions and related record-keeping procedures are completed accurately and properly.


Day-to-Day Operations

  • Ensure the Visitor Center is properly prepared for daily operations and that all guest and work areas are clean, organized, and in good condition.
  • Promptly identify and report issues related to products, supplies, equipment, or facilities to the relevant responsible person.
  • Support ordering, delivery, stock monitoring, and replenishment processes for necessary products and supplies.
  • Participate in the preparation, implementation, and post-event activities of COAF, SMART Campus, and Visitor Center events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ԴՈՒ ՏԻՐԱՊԵՏԵՍ ԵՎ ՈՒՆԵՆԱՍ․

  • Բարձրագույն կամ միջին մասնագիտական կրթության՝ ցանկալի է սպասարկման, հյուրընկալության, զբոսաշրջության, կառավարման կամ հարակից ոլորտներում,
  • Հյուրերի սպասարկման և/կամ հյուրընկալության ոլորտի հիմնական սկզբունքներին,
  • Համակարգչից, էլեկտրոնային փոստից և առցանց աշխատանքային գործիքներից օգտվելու հմտություններին,
  • Հայերենին և առնվազն մեկ օտար լեզվի՝ ցանկալի է անգլերենի և/կամ ռուսերենի,
  • Սպասարկման, վաճառքի և հաճախորդների հետ հաղորդակցության հիմնական սկզբունքներին։


ԴՈՒ ԿԱՐՈՂԱՆԱՍ`

  • Արդյունավետ և բարեհամբույր հաղորդակցվել տարբեր տարիքի, ազգության և մշակույթի այցելուների հետ,
  • Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում սպասարկել հյուրերին հայերեն և օտար լեզվով,
  • Արագ կողմնորոշվել տարբեր իրավիճակներում և միաժամանակ կառավարել մի քանի գործառնական խնդիր,
  • Աշխատել POS/վաճառքի և վճարումների համակարգերով՝ համապատասխան ուղղորդումից հետո,
  • Աշխատել Google Workspace-ով և այլ առցանց աշխատանքային հարթակներով,
  • Կազմակերպել աշխատանքը՝ ըստ առաջնահերթությունների, պահպանել հաշվետվողականությունը և հետևել սահմանված ժամկետներին,
  • Պատշաճ կերպով ներկայացնել ՔՈԱՖ-ը, ՍՄԱՐԹ ավանը և մատուցվող ծառայությունները,
  • Աջակցել միջոցառումների կազմակերպմանն ու հյուրերի սպասարկմանը՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ճկունորեն ներգրավվելով տարբեր գործառույթներում,
  • Պատրաստակամ լինել աշխատելու փոփոխական և դինամիկ աշխատանքային միջավայրում, այդ թվում՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հատուկ միջոցառումների կամ հանձնարարությունների շրջանակում։
